Wild at heart ­
young surgeons and the future of cardiac surgery

This years 11th Baltic Summeracademy of Cardiac Surgery will focus on innovative ideas from young surgeons on developments in cardiac surgery. The selected abstracts comprise operative techniques, imaging, new technologies and basic research. Young cardiac surgeons are presenting innovation and vision concepts to be discussed with academicians, who present guidelines of teaching and training concepts. The conference will foster controversial and creative debates in the stimulating environment of the Heiligendamm conference center. You are invited to participate in this special summer-highlight and contribute to an intensive workout.
